Catching a Cold...

Well, Bodder!
I've been fighting off a cold for days, but it's winning. I'm reeking of garlic, drowning in fluids, and full of chicken soup. There are a couple of humongous vitamin C tablets wedged crosswise in my esophagus.
I did post on Prescott Past today, but now I think I'll go lie down.

I'll try to do some catching up in the blogosphere a little later....after a snooze.........

Go to bed, have a hot toddy (hot water and lemon and honey and a LARGE dash of Scotch) and you won't even care if you have a cold or not!

Thanks Sham! I hope Irish whiskey will do as well as Scotch! I'm going for it!

Thanks Changes:)

Hi Linda,

'Just checking in on you to see if you're feeling better? This year's crud seems nastier than previous years I can remember. (But then, my "remember-er" isn't what it used to be either.)

If the "Irish" doesn't do the trick, just remember ... try, TRY (it) again!

Thanks for checking on me:)

We continue to be surrounded by sickies but (knock on wood, cross your fingers, wishful thoughts and say a prayer) we haven't gotten the plague yet.

I continue to recommend a cup of hot water with honey, lemon and RUM. Great hot toddy! Get well soon.
